For our visitors and customers in the United States

Effective as of September 10th, 2019

Intel Stack is committed to your privacy. Our goal is to maintain your trust and confidence when handling personal information about you.

This Online Privacy Statement (“Statement”) describes Intel Stack’s online privacy practices and applies to anyone who visits our website or uses Intel Stack’s services and products, including the Intel Stack software (collectively, the “Services”). As used in this Statement, the terms "Intel Stack" or "we" or "us" or "our" refer to the operations of Capital One doing business as (d.b.a.) Intel Stack.

While Intel Stack is owned by Capital One, Capital One’s privacy statement does not cover the online privacy practices of Intel Stack and vice versa (i.e., other Capital One websites are not covered by this Intel Stack Privacy Statement). In addition, this Intel Stack Privacy Statement does not cover the online privacy practices of third parties, including entities that Capital One does not own or control, such as the cloud providers with which you use the Services. Please ensure you review the online privacy practices of each website or third party service provider you visit or use to understand how your online information may be collected, used and shared.

By using this website or the Services or by providing us with your Personal Information, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Statement, including the use and sharing of your information as described below. If you do not accept the terms outlined in this Statement, please do not use the website or the Services or provide us with your Personal Information.

“Analytical Data” – Data that we collect about how you use and interact with our software, including your page views, poll responses, click habits, and click and focus events.
